On the downside, the hotel's location near a busy road resulted in some traffic noise that disturbed my sleep. Furthermore, I encountered a few cockroaches in the room and bathroom, which was quite unpleasant.

For our budget it is a good hotel to say.It is located in the centre of the city. So no need to spend to much money for taxi.

Check-out timing is inconvenient for flight timing. It have tobe minimum extended upto 4 pm.

Hotel can improve their services by enhancing some things like, room service , complimentry things mean water ,comb ect. Also room service staff behaviour is not truly professional they just behave like robotic mean without feeling

The location of the hotel is very good, it is in the heart of Dubai, in Naif, near to Deira, Union Metro and Bus stations

The receptionist insists to keep the passport of the guest to guarantee the payment,hotel is very noisy at night because of 4 Indian night clubs inside the hotel, elevator is ringing a bell all the time.

It is good place for couple ...The staff is also very good and the interior portion is also very nice specially painting hanging on the wall. Good service from management ..every thing is fine.

I like every thing but the complementry breakfast , service desk told me to come down 8 AM for it , if they provide in room service then it will be better..

Close to Naif shopping - where you can buy lots of stuff at a reasonable price. So many people and so many shops where you can bargain with prices. Hotel itself was reasonably cheap and considered ok for single people.

Poor Location. In congested area. It took me three hours to find a parking and that too 5 Kms away from the hotel. There are two bars in the hotel which were very noisy. It is an old hotel and is refurbished.

The Philippino lady manager was good to look after everything.

Noise from the nightclub till 3am. And the break-first time is 8-10am which should be 6.30 to 10am.
